Description

This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation for commercial items. UNICOR, intends to enter into a Three (3) base years, Firm Fix Price, Requirements Type Contract, with two (2) option years if exercised (52.216-21). The contract is for THREADS, and this requirement shall be issued as Domestic Only (FPI1000I1, 1994). This announcement should be received in this office by Wednesday December 27, 2006, NLT 2:00pm EST. The requirement number is CT1816-07. The requirement document incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) No. 2005-13. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 313113 and small business size is 500. FAR 52.225-4. The type of contract award resulting from this solicitation is an all or none.
