- This is a synopsis for the purchase of Janitorial Services for two buildings located on Gila Bend AFAF, AZ. Site Visit will be scheduled and annotated in the request for quote. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. NGA intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract under Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-14. This requirement is being solicited as full and open. Period of performance will be for a base year (1 Feb 07 thru 31 Jan 08), and 4 Option Year Periods as follows (1 Feb 08 thru 31 Jan 09 - Option Year One), (1 Feb 09 - 31 Jan 10 - Option Year Two), (1 Feb 10 thru 31 Jan 11 - Option Year Three), and (1 Feb 11 thru 31 Jan 12 - Option Year Four). The North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561720 size standard of $15M. The solicitation for this requirement is HM1575-07-T-0001. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the offeror by the Government. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-14. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The award will be made to the technically acceptable offeror who meets the requirement. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov to be eligible for an award. All offers are due to this agency on the date stated in the solicitation.
