- U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS SOURCES FOR LEASED OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE Fort Myers, FL REQUIREMENT: United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space yielding a minimum of 628 usable square feet and 1 secured parking space in the Central Business District of Bradenton, Florida, available for use by the Department of Veterans Benefits (VBA). LOCATION: Space must be located within the following boundaries: North: Manatee River South: 9th Ave. East: 1st Street. West: Wares Creek REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The lease term will be ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Occupancy is desired no later than January 31, 2008. OWNERS & AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by January 29, 2007. Owners and Exclusive Agents only.
