- U.S. Government SEEKS SOURCES FOR LEASED OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE Broward County, Florida REQUIREMENT: United States Government is seeking to lease office space consisting of Approximately 12,778 usable square feet of office space available for use by the Food and Drug Administration personnel, furnishings, and equipment. LOCATION: Space must be located within the following boundaries: North: Commercial Boulevard East: State Road 7 South: Route 595 West: Sawgrass Expressway REQUIRED: All services, supplies, and utilities are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The lese term will be ten (10) years with five (5) years firm. OWNERS & AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by January 26, 2006. Owners and exclusive agents only.
