- AUGUSTA, GA 1,350 ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQ. FT. OF SPACE The U.S. Government seeks to lease approximately 1,553 rentable square feet of space to yield 1,350 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space in AUGUSTA, GA within the following delineated area: City limits of Augusta, GA The Government requires a fully-serviced lease and adequate parking for 8 vehicles within 2 blocks of the leased facility. Occupancy date is April 15, 2008 or earlier, if feasible. The required lease term is for 10 years, 5 years firm. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Lifesafety and Handicapped Accessibility. Both existing buildings and new construction will be solicited. Unique Requirements: Space must be in the same building and contiguous on the same floor, can be first floor; however, second floor or higher is preferred. If on second floor or above, the space must be accessible by 2 elevators. Any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building?s ownership. Sub-leases are not acceptable. Include whether the site is located in a flood zone and if so, please indicate the type of zone. We plan to schedule your appointment for February 15, 2007.
