- The Naval Air Depot, Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, NC intends to have the following government furnished KC-130T aircraft items modified/repaired: Item 0001, modify and repair as required 2 each Horizontal Situation Indicator , P/N 75-0173-1, NSN 5999-01-483-4398 IAW AVC-5021. Item 0002, modify and repair as required 3 each Attitude Director Indicator, P/N 75-0172-1, NSN 5999-01-483-4397 IAW AVC-5022. Item 0003, modify 2 each DF-206 Control Panels, P/N 75-0291-1, NSN 5826-01-466-8702 IAW AVC-5023. Item 0004, modify 1 each Pilots Flight Selector, P/N 75-0292-1, NSN 5826-01-466-8709 IAW AVC-5024. Item 0005, modify 1 each Copilots Flight Selector, P/N 75-0293-1, NSN 5999-01-506-3252 IAW AVC-5025. Item 0006, modify 2 each ARC-190 HF Control Panel, P/N 75-0298-1, NSN 5999-01-506-3240 IAW AVC-5155. Item 0007 modify 2 each Pilot Flight Director Annunciator Panel, P/N 85-0213-1 IAW AFC-376 IDI. Item 0008 modify 1 each Copilot Flight Director Annunciator Panel, P/N 85-0214-1 IAW AFC-376 IDI. Item 0009 modify 1 each Annunciator Panel, P/N 85-0219-1 IAW AFC-376 IDI. The government intends to procure this repair/modification service on a sole source basis from Apache Enterprises, Inc., 2985 Red Hawk Drive, Grand Prairie, TX 75052. Apache Enterprises, Inc., is the OEM of these items. Apache designed the parts required to modfiy this equipment, they hold the proprietary rights to the data for these parts and they are the only certified facility to modify/repair this equipment. See numbered note 22.
