- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) Trinitroazetidine (TNAZ) material (40 pounds Neat and 10 pounds 10- um) (Quantity - 1 lot). This requirement is sole sourced to ATK Launch Systems Group due to this company being the only know source for TANZ material. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
