- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Air Vehicle Modification Instrumentation Div., has a requirement for the following Brand Name items: 4 ea., Tektronix Oscilloscopes, Model TDS3054B and 4 ea., rack mount kit, p/n: RM3000. These units are an integral component to the project?s mission installed operational data collection/reproduction system. Only the above described brand name items will fulfill the Governments needs due to the need to maintain the configuration management, interoperability and interchangeability within fielded systems. The Government intends to negotiate with Tektronix or a Tektronix distributor on an other than full and open competitive basis to procure these items. Award is to be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the agency.
