Description
The Army Contracting Agency (ACA) Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), Pentagon, on behalf of the Director of Training, Army G-3/5/7 intends to procure support services for the Office of the Director of Training, Army G-3/5/7 under full and open c ompetition procedures. Interested small businesses who are certified and qualified as a small business concern in NAICS code is 541611 with a size standard is $6.0 M dollars are encouraged to submit their capabilities package outlining their experience in the following key area: program management support for the Training Mission Area (TMA), Army Distributed Learning (ADL) Program, Army Transformation, The Army School System, Range Modernization program, the Constructive Simulations program, the Function al Area Assessment of Temporary Duty for Institutional Training, Institutional Training, the Leader Development Program, Collective Training, the Joint National Training Capability, Detainee Operations and selective subject matter expertise, as required. Capabilitiy packages must be submitted by 0900 am Eastern Standard Time (EST), 18 January 2007. If at least two (2) responsible small business concerns are determined by the government to be capable of performing this requirement based on an evaluation of the capabilities packages (limited to 25 pages, single sided), the requirement will be solicited as a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. If capability packages are not received from at least two (2) responsible small business concerns by the resp onse date or if the government determines that no small businesses are capable of performing this requirement based on an evaluation of the capabilities packages submitted, this requirement will be solicited under full and open competition procedures. To assist us in maintaining a list of interested small business offerors for this potential procurement, please provide your company name, point of contact, address, phone number and business size under the above NAICS code, to the POC for this procurement ( Mr. John B. Deas, john.deas@hqda.army.mil). Under this requirement, contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide Contractor support for the Office of th e Director of Training, Army G-3/5/7 as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except as specified in section C-3 as government furnished property and services. The period of performance will consist of a one year base period and four (4) optiona l one-year periods. Place of performance will be the governments site. A written Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be posted on or about 19 January 2007, for dow nload on the CCE Homepage at: http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/RFP1.asp, Title: Army Training and Leader Development Support Services, reference W91WAW-07-T-0018. All responsible sources may submit a proposal(s), which will be considered, however, no offers are being requested at this time. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued.
