- This notice is being changed to reflect the following change: ?The solicitation package will be posted on Electronic Posting System (EPS) in early to mid December 2006?? Is now changed to: ?The solicitation package will be posted on Electronic Posting System (EPS) no later than 30 January 31, 2007?? Nonpersonal services to provide all personnel, supervision, and any items necessary to perform full food service for approximately 15 dining facilities and 1 warehouse located at Lackland AFB, Medina Annex, Kelly Annex and Camp Bullis, TX all in strict accordance with Statement of Work. Period of performance is approximately 150 calendar days with four one year option periods. A firm fixed price requirement contract is contemplated. The acquisition will be 100% set aside for Small Business with allowance for the State License Agency (SLA) under the Randolph Sheppard Act to submit a proposal. NOTE: IN ACCORADANCE WITH DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE DIRECTIVE 1125.3 AND AFI 34-206, VENDING FACILITY PROGRAM FOR THE BLIND ON AIR FORCE PROPERTY WHICH IMPLEMENTS THE RANDOLPH SHEPPARD ACT, IF THE (SLA) SUBMITS A PROPOSAL THAT IS WITHIN THE COMPETITIVE RANGE ESTABLISHED BY THE CONTRACTING OFFICER, NEGOTIATIONS ARE TO BE ACCOMPLISHED DIRECTLY WITH SLA. All responsible Small Business sources and SLA may submit a proposal which shall be considered. The solicitation package will be posted on Electronic Posting System (EPS) in early to mid December 2006, which can be accessed at http://www2.fbo.gov/. The contractor is responsible for obtaining the solicitation, amendments, and any other documentation off the EPS webpage.
