IAW QAP-010, Spec Mil-DTL-85470B NOT 1. Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources. 100% Small Business Set Aside. Shelf life Type 2 18 Months. Critical Application Item. FOB Destination, Destination Inspection. Award is anticipated of a Requirements Type Contract (RTC) for a base plus two option years. Estimated Annual Demand 2,604 Drums; Maximum Annual Contract Quantity 6,500. No guaranatees apply to any period of the life of the proposed award. This is a commercial item. 955 of stockage is currently estimated for DDRV (Richmond) with 5% at DDJC. Note: 2 weeks are allowed for closing IAW FAR 5.203(c). This is now a 100% Small Business Set Aside.
