- Acquisition quantity for the Blouse, Working and Trousers, Working is corrected as follows: Acquisition quantity for the Blouse, Working is a minimum of 114,810 each in the base term, 112,950 each in Option I, and 77,250 each per term for Options II-IV. The total contract maximum for this item is 2,205,390 each. The Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) for the Blouse, Working is 459,122 each in the base term, 451,790 each in Option I, and 308,992 each per term in Options II-IV. Acquisition quantity for Trousers, Working is a minimum of 114,800 pair in the base term, 112,940 pair in Option I, and 77,240 pair per term for Options II-IV. The total contract maximum for this item is 2,205,420 pair. The AEQ for the Trousers, Working is 459,122 pair in the base term, 451,790 pair in Option I, and 308,992 pair per term in Options II-IV. The Technical Proposal will consist of the following six factors: (1) Product Demonstration Model: four PDM's will be required, two Blouses size 35 Regular and two Trousers size 29 Regular; (2) Past Performance; (3) Surge and Sustainment Capability; (4) Socioeconomic Consideration; (5) DLA Mentoring Business Agreement Plan; and (6) Javits-Wagner-O'Day Act Entity Proposal.
