- The NAICS codes applicable to this MATOC are amended to: 236220 and 236210. The following text from Amendment 01 to this presolicitation notice is deleted: The Contracting Officer will evaluate previous contractor performance, with respect to per formance criteria, such as timely delivery of work plans, timely delivery of cost proposals, adequate competition, subcontracting goals, performance of construction, and/or timely completion of Task Orders to ensure that the contractors do not have unsatis factory performance ratings. Should a contractor be issued unsatisfactory performance ratings, the Contracting Officer shall make a determination as to whether or not it is in the Governments best interest to make further awards. Note: The Proposal Sched ule for task orders may also include additional work as option items; however, there is no guarantee the options will be exercised. Bid Bonds and Performance and Payment Bonds will be required FOR TASK ORDERS. The technical evaluation factors for the basic contract are: CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE including Design-Build construction experience, Military construction experience, Experience constructing a variety of projects or similar type projects; PAST PERFORMANCE for Contractor and Designer; DESIGN EXPERIENCE including Design Build Experience, Military design experience, Similar climate design experience; MATOC Execution Plan including Personnel Qualifications, Organization Plan, Construction Schedule Management S ystem, Proposal Preparation Plan.
