- The U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command intends to solicit proposals in support of the Threat Agent Cloud Tactical Intercept and Countermeasure (TACTIC) Program under Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) BAA06-TSDD. The purpose of thi s BAA is to develop a revolutionary capability for the US military to defend against Chemical and Biological Warfare Agent (CWA/BWA) attacks against mobile U.S. troops on the battlefield as well as fixed sites.
