- The purpose of this modification is to incorporate the Defense Commissary Agency's (DeCA) Notice to the Trade (NTT) - DeCA Notice 07-27 released on December 22, 2006, Subject: Fresh Dairy Products Pre-Solicitation Roundtable Discussion - CONUS DeCA West to include Hawaii and Alaska. The NTT has been issued to inform industry of a pre-solicitation roundtable discussion that will be held on Wednesday, January 24, 2007 at DeCA Headquarters located in Fort Lee, VA. See the attached NTT for more details concerning the meeting and contact information to make your reservations. The pre-solicitation notice posted on December 29, 2006 and the NTT released on December 22, 2006 are concerning only the upcoming solicitation for Area 1 containing the 51 commissary stores located in the following states: AK, AZ, CA, HI, ID, MT, NV, UT, and WA.
