- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for a Design-Build, Fitness Center Renovation on Ft. Bliss, Texas. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Little Rock District is seeking industrial capability and input from interested parties prior to issuing a solicitation under NAICS code 236220. Magnitude of project is approximately $5million to $10million. It is intended to reach as many interested parties as possible. USACE encourages small business joint ventures or team arrangements.
