- The US Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN is soliciting quotations for Bulk Oxygen and tank rental utilized at the Minneapolis, VA Medical Center, One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417 for the period of approximately January 15, 2007 (based on actual date of award of contract) through September 30, 2007, with up to four one-year options to extend at the Government?s discretion in accordance with all specifications, work statement, terms and conditions contained therein. All qualified offerors/firms who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide their proposal. Offers shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical competency/capability to perform services and satisfactory past performance record. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 325120 1,000 employees. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Solicitation is identified by this RFQ 618-126-07. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be available at the URL address.
