- Solicitation for NSN 1560-01-139-6306 / 0014024614, Litter Support Assembly. Export Control applies. An ?export control? technical data package (TDP) exists for this item. Technical data will only be released to contractors who are authorized/certified by the Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via the Internet. The Internet address is https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/Refs/TechData/ . This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract. The requirement is for 70 each, FOB destination New Cumberland PA, inspection and acceptance at origin. The required delivery is 269 days after First Article Approval. There is a First Article ? Contractor Testing - requirement. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
