- The purpose of the amendment is to make changes to solicitation W9115U-07-T-0007 Posted Date: Dec 21, 2006. Changes are a follow: CLIN 0001: Provide Extended Stay Housing for 14 personnel, housing may consist of single rooms and/or two room apartment s. All housing shall have at a minimum the following amenities; fully furnished, one bathroom; full kitchen equipped with refrigerator and stove, access to washer and dryer, air conditioning and heat, High-Speed Internet access, and telephone Quotes shall include all state and local taxes, fees, etc that are applicable. Award will be based on the best value to the Government, which includes rental rates, with 10 miles commuting distance to Fort Campbell airfield, and other amenities stated above. The Govern ment reserves the right to shift rental dates and/or cancel completely. Rent stated in monthly terms shall be prorated on the basis of 1/30th of the monthly rate for each date the apartment is in the Governments possession. Offerors need to include a comp lete copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3; Offeror wishing to submit a quotation are required to be (registered in CCR, DUNS Number, Cage Code, and Tax ID Number). The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement Statues of Exe cutive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition, clauses include: 52.222-19: Child Labor, 52.222-26: Equal Opportunity, 52.222-35: Equal Opportunity for Special Disabled Veterans, Veterans of the Vietnam Era, and Other Eligible Veterans, 52.222 -36: Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities; 52.222-37, Employment Reports on Special Disabled Veterans, Veterans of the Vietnam Era, and Other Eligible Veterans, 52.232-33: Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. Offers are due before 1600 Hours CST, 6 January 2007.
