Description
The Government intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to at least two small businesses for the reproduction of CDs. This notice is being posted to encourage any small businesses interested in providing this service to contact the POC(s) listed. The government will provide the contractor(s) master CDs, address lists, and quantities of CDs to ship to listed addresses. The contractor shall provide all materials and services necessary to copy the master CDs in bulk, label the CDs, package the CDs, and ship the specified quantities of CDs to the designated locations. The CDs shall contain no classified content. CD Labels shall be black on thermal or an appropriate equivalent in accordance with the sample label(s) provided. The contractor will procure/provide all shipping materials to include boxes and packing materials as needed to support this contract. Shipping shall be accomplished by the most economical mode adhering to the delivery schedule/requirements established by the Government for all shipments. CDs shall be packaged in paper shipping sleeves. CDs shall be shipped via traceable means. CD content shall not be shared with any entity beyond the shipment of CDs to the addresses designated by the Government. Content shall never be retained by the contractor beyond the necessary means to execute the contract. The contractor will return all master CDs to the Government and ensure all content files are permanently deleted/removed from the contractor's hardware/equipment within 7 days of completing the reproduction. The initial requirement will be a total of approximately 20,000 CDs reproduced from 38 master CDs. These ~20,000 CDs will be shipped in various quantities to designated locations. The initial requirement shall be completed within 30 days of contract award. The remaining requirements (number of master CDs, quantities to be reproduced, labeled, packaged and shipped) will vary and fluctuate based on mission requirements and training software updates. The government will provide the following items to the contractor for execution of this contract: Master CDs to be reproduced, Authorization from the application manufacturer/copyright owner for reproduction of the CDs, Label design, Address lists, and Quantities to be shipped to each address.
