- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a need for engineering services to support its Lintek Radar system used for electromagnetic signature testing on fleet assets and which it intends to issue an award on a non-competitive basis to Aeroflex Test Solutions, 383 North Liberty Road, Powell Ohio 43065. The Linktek radar system is a proprietary design by Aeroflex Test Solutions. All responsible sources submitting offers will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested parties may forward capabilities statements to the POC no later than 01/13/07.
