- This proposed contract action announces the Government's intent to issue a contract on a non competitive basis in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1 to the Minnesota Historical Society for the review and inspection of fabrication and installation of exhibits at the Grand Portage Heritage Center at Grand Portage National Monument, Grand Marais, Minnesota. The Minnesota Historical Society is performing this service as a follow on to the design of the exhibits. This contract does NOT include fabrication and installation of the exhibits designed by Minnesota Historical Society. Fabrication and Installation of the exhibits is advertised under Solicitation Number N6066070004. This is not a request for competitive proposals, and no solicitation is available. Any source who believes they can provide the required services may identify themselves and give written notification to the Contracting Officer within seven days from the publication date of this synopsis.
