- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installation and Environment (OASA I&E), intends to award a sole source award to The Bureau of National Affairs, Inc, 9435 Key West Avenue, Rockville, MD 20850 for Electronic subscription services for the Daily Environmental Report and Occupational Safety and Health Reporter (OSHR). These subscriptions are proprietary publications provided by the Bureau of National Affairs, Inc. The North Ame rican Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 511210 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The requirement will be for a period of twelve (12) months after the date of award. Interested persons may identify their interest and capabi lity to respond to the requirement within seven (7) days of this announcements posting date of 29 December 2006. This notice is not a request for quotes. There is no solicitation document and no Request for Proposal will be available for competitive prop osals. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon any responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
