- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 215 North Main Street, White River Jct, VT 05009, intends to negotiate a sole source follow-on procurement for A&E services with Pathways Consulting, LLC of Etna, New Hampshire. Services are for site design for installation of modular buildings. This is not a request for competitive quotations. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored; however, interested parties may submit literature, how their services meet the VA requirements to the Contracting officer within before January 5, 2007. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on a response to this notice will be solely at the discretion of the Government
