- Description
- The Coast Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bid for all labor, material, equipment, transportation, mobilization, and demobilization for the construction of a breakwater at USCG Station Neah Bay, Washington. Construction consists of vertical steel soldier piles fixed to steel batter piles with infill pre-cast concrete panels on top of a rubble mound wall, cast in place concrete pile cap, and cathodic protection system. Included are installation of access ladders and handrails to maintain the government installed navigational lights. Contract duration is 310 calendar days. The Government Estimate range is $1 to $5 million. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. This procurement is unrestricted. The solicitation document will be available at www.fedbizopps.gov approximately 12 January 2007.
