- U.S.CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION is interested in leasing an aircraft hangar and flight preparation space in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Amount: Approximately 48,000 square feet of rentable space consisting of 18,000 square feet of aircraft hangar, 10,000 square feet of flight preparation, maintenance and other support space, 20,000 square feet of aircraft ramp space, and parking for 50 vehicles. The building offered for lease must be of permanent construction. Leased premises must be located on or immediately adjacent to, and with unencumbered access to an airport in Grand Forks, North Dakota, meeting the following requirements: shall include access to a minimum 4,500 foot long, hard-surfaced/lighted runway with instrument approach. Available services must include 24 hour emergency fire and crash response, air traffic control for takeoffs and landings, 24 hour security, and limited/controlled access to the leased premises, including the aircraft ramp area. Services: All services and utilities shall be included as part of the rental consideration. Term: Seeking a two (2) year lease, with two (2) 1 year option to extend the lease term.
