- Electricity, transmission and ancillary services, for ultimate delivery to Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory located in Batavia, IL ? 441,704 MWh. No award will be made to an offeror who at the time of award is not on the Illinois Commerce Commission?s approved list of alternative retail electric suppliers (ARES). The Government is soliciting offers for a 12-month delivery period (beginning with meter read occurring in the month of December 2007 through the meter read occurring in the month of December 2008). Any contracts awarded will be Firm Fixed price (FFP) Requirements type and Requirement Type utilizing Locational Marginal Price. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is available. This announcement and the document, which can be accessed at the URL identified below, constitute the only solicitation. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and has incorporated provisions and clauses as in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-15. Additional requirements may be added by Amendment. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
