- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to negotiate a contract on a sole source basis with Joint Program Office, 47123 Buse Rd., Patuxent River, MD 20670-1547 to provide for the development of Various Ogranizational and Intermediate Peculiar Support Equipment to include Handling Adapter MMR, P/N 901-270-072-101 (2 each); Extractor Modules P/N 901-275-029-101 (1 each); Extractor Modules P/N 901-275-030-101 (1 each); Extractor Interconnection P/N 901-275-031-101 (1 each); Test Fixtures P/N 901-275-032-101 (6 each); Test Lead Set P/N 901-275-034-101 (6 each); Handling Adapter Probe P/N 901-266-553-101 (2 each); Fixture, checking P/N 901-236-017-101 (1 each) ; Handling Adapter TFU P/N 901-270-073-101 (1 each) ; Tool Set Mini MK IV, P/N 901-231-015-115 (6 each); Tool Set Tube Bender, P/N 901-280-025-101 (1 each)and a Tube Bender, P/N 901-280-028-101 (1 each) for the V22 program for delivery to NAVAIR Lakehurst Aircraft Support Equipment Staging Area, Rte 547 Bldg. 195 (Hangar 6) Lakehurst, NJ 08733-4851. The Navy intends to procure this effort under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 Firms that believe they can satisfy this requirement are encouraged to identify themselves. A determination by the Navy not to open the requirement to competition, based upon the response(s) to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Navy. A solicitation is not available for this procurement. This effort will commence within approximately 30 days after the date of subsequent contract.
