- Description of Work: The U.S Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District has a requirement to plant designated waterfowl food plots and dove fields located on Richard B. Russell project lands in Georgia. The area includes project lands in Elbert Coun ty, Georgia, and Abbeville and Anderson County, South Carolina. The Contractor will be required to furnish all the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the task. The Spring Planting includes the waterfowl food plots at the waterfowl mana gement area, totaling approximately 43.81 acres, and fall planting totaling approximately 83.88 acres of wildlife food plots. This requirement includes a base year and two one-year options. This award is contingent upon availability of funds. Further de tails and specifications will be available when the solicitation is issued. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business and is solicited under NAICS 115112. The small business size standard for this NAICS is $6.5M. This solicitation will be a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about 5 Jan 2007.
