- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-15. The associated NAICS code is 561621. Services Non-Personal: Contractor shall provide the following -- Furnish all labor, parts, materials, facilities and transportation necessary to perform fire alarm and fire suppression testing and inspections, and one 5-Year Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) Test and inspection in accordance with the attached Statemen t of Work and Service Contract Act. The Government intends to award the contract for one base year with four option years. Period of Performance: 15 JAN 07 through 14 JAN 08 The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition.
