Description

Under the Authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, the VA Medical Center located at 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Florida intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Waste Management of Palm Beach, 651 Industrial Way, Bonton Beach, FL 33426 to provide waste hauling service for this facility. Hauling of 36 yard compactor for recyclable cardboard comingled, est. 4 per month. Leasing/Hauling of (2) 20 yard open top container for construction/debris four (4) pickup per month on each container. Leasing/Hauling of a 30 yard open top container for lanscape waste. Average pickups per month three (3). Administrative Fee. This contract will run from January 07 to Sept 30, 2007. Interested parties have until 2PM January 5, 2007 to submit their qualification and capabilities in writing. Such qualification and capabilities will be used soley for purpose of determing whether or not to conduct this procurement on a communication will not be accepted. If there are no responses to this notice within the time designated, negotiation will commence with Waste Management of Palm Beach.
