- To provide Environmental Support Services which include field compliance monitoring and sampling, data gathering and analysis in support of regulatory reporting , environmental project management and assistance, hazardous waste inventory management, and associated support services at the Naval Weapons Station, Seal Beach. The period of performance will be 01 April 2007 through 31 March 2008 with four year options. The resulting contract will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee, requirements type with task order provisions. FOB Destination. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available by 19 January 2007 on the NECO web link below. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the referenced web link frequently for updates their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). No paper copies of these documents will be issued.
