Follow-On work to Complete Incurred Cost Analysis for the Operating Industries, Inc., EPA Superfu nd Site, Monterey, California LOCATION: OII Superfund Site, Monterey, CA JOB DESCRIPTION: SOURCES SOUGHT/NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT WITH ONE SOURCE. Follow-On work to complete the Incurred Cost Analysis for the Operating Industries, Inc. Superfund Site, Monterey California, initiated in 2005. The Contractor will advise the EPA on defensibility of financial data provided the Settling Work Parties and Government Agencies conformance to financial reporting requirements of the Consent Decrees and distribution of costs. Harry-Torchiana is the only contractor with access to the p roject enforcement sensitive information, and won the initial contract award in November 2004 based on past experience and passing Conflict of Interest requirements. All interested parties may respond and submit statements of qualifications. Information furnished at a minimum should include appropriate technical information that demonstrates the firms ability to perform the work described above. This is not a request for competitive proposals, however all information received within 45 days after the da te of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. If the Government determines, based on the responses to this notice, that a full and open competition will be conducted, a synopsis will be placed in FedBizOpps announcing the acquis ition; otherwise, the Government will proceed with negotiations with one source at no further notice. All responses are due in not later than February 9, 2007, 3PM. This Procurement will be conducted under FSC Code: B507, SIC Code: 8999, NAICS Code: 5416 20.
