- SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE FEDTEDS WEBSITE (www.fedteds.gov). The solicitation will be issued on or about 12 January 2007. Site visit information will be included in the solicitation. Work is to remove wet insulation and damag ed coating on a spray polyurethane foam roofing system (SPF). The areas where the insulation is removed shall be replaced with new insulation and the entire roof surface shall receive a new 2 coat polyurethane roofing membrane. The roof is on the McNary Dam Powerhouse and appurtenant roofs, the powerhouse roof is approx. 90 feet wide and 1,280 feet long. The appurtenant roofs are approx. 20 feet by 40 feet. The work is to be performed at McNary Lock and Dam located at Umatilla, OR. ADMIN INFO: This pr oposed contract is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business concerns. Offers from other than Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business concerns will not be considered. Estimated price range for this project is $500,000 to $1,000,00 0.
