- A Draft Solicitation will be issued for comments on/about 08 January 2007. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price ID/IQ contract. The contractor shall provide advisory and assistance services to HQ IMCOM (formally known as HQ IMA) to improve performance, quality, timeliness and efficiency of services provided by IMCOM to support the worldwide development and execution of assigned functions and programs. These services will facilitate IMCOMs response to dynamic, evolutionary influences and mandates and ena ble it to continuously improve mission performance in the areas of management, organizational and business improvement efforts which include consulting, facilitation, survey, training, privatization support, program management and related support services. Services will include the following task areas: Engineering and Technical Support; Studies, Analyses and Evaluation Support; Management Support; Acquisition Support; as well as other Professional Support Services. Services will be performed at HQ IMCOM, located in Crystal City (Arlington) VA, and Regional Headquarters located at Hampton VA, Atlanta GA, Rock Island IL, San Antonio TX, Honolulu HI, Yongsan Korea, and Heidelberg, Germany. Travel will be required between HQ IMCOM and Regional Headquarters, as well as within the Regions supported by the Regional HQ. For the purpose of small businesses, the NAICS Code is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services (size standard of $6 million). All comments on the terms and c onditions of this procurement shall be submitted in writing by the time and date indicated at the time of issuance of the draft solicitation. Electronic transmittal of comments will be required. No paper or telephonic responses will be accepted.
