- The Acquisition Service Center VISN 9, contracting for the VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, Alvin C. York Campus, Murfreesboro, TN is soliciting proposals for a primary care and mental health community based outpatient clinic in the Putnam County, TN area to provide services for beneficiaries of the VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System. Anticipated period of performance is April 1, 2007 through March 31, 2008 with two, one-year option renewal periods, to be renewed at the Government's discretion. Contract type is firm-fixed price requirements. This solicitation is unrestricted. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 621111 applies to this procurement. This solicitation package will be posted on or about 12/28/06. No telephone requests will be honored. No paper copies will be available. All questions must be addressed to the Contracting Officer in writing. Offeror's are responsible for routinely checking this web-site for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. No individual notification of any amendments will be provided. Offer due date and time for proposals, with technical documentation is included in the solicitation.
