- Description
- The USCG Engineering Logistics Center has a requirement for the following: 1) Engineering Services in support of USCGC Mackinaw propeller specifications. NOTE: Request for Quotation will be uploaded to this website no later than 12/28/2007. It is anticipated that a non-competitive sole source purchase order will be issued for this study to: Lloyd?s Register of Shipping (LRS), unless additional sources are located. It is the Government's belief that only Lloyd?s Register of Shipping (LRS) can provide this engineering support. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to furnish the above service are invited to submit complete information discussing the same in duplicate within 5 days of this announcement. However, potential sources other than Lloyd?s Register of Shipping (LRS) desiring to furnish services are required to submit the following information: Data that the offered service has been satisfactorily provided to the government. This data must include sufficient information to allow the Coast Guard to evaluate the proposal relative to the above requirements. Concerns that respond to this notice must fully demonstrate the capability to accomplish the above and are to supply pertinent information in sufficient detail to demonstrate a bona fide capability to meet the requirements. Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition and Request for Quotation including Statement of Work is attached. All responsive and responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by this agency.
