- PR No: 00135467656. This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Charger, Battary. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fix Price (FFP). The award will be for a definite quantity. This procurement is unrestricted using full and open competition. The approved source is: Pulsetech Products Corporation, cage 00NQ8, P/N 735X640. This is a Critical Item Application. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 6130-01-487-0035; EQ: 493 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Destination, PLT; 120 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 10 January, 2007. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition. Reference notes: 1, 23 and 26.
