NSN: 6530-01-304-9762, BAG, SPECIMEN, NYLON AND POLYETHYLENE, WHITE OPAQUE, 11 BY 15 INCHES, SELF-SEALING, TEAR OPEN NOTCH, 3 MILS WALL THICKNESS, 1000S. FOR SHIPPING 12 FILLED URINE SPECIMEN BOTTLES IN A SHIPPING CONTAINER. SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH FITZCO INC. P/N 28007. Total quantity of 100 PGs of 1000s to be delivered to Quantico, VA 22134. Duration of schedule: SEE DELIVERY SCHEDULE. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil/home.
