Description

The US Geological Survey intends to award a noncompetitive purchase order to Landmark Graphics Corporation of Houston, TX for software support and update services for ProMax, Seiswork, Openworks and GeoData Loading software. These are proprietary products from this source and they are the sole provider of software support and updates. The proposed action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302. The location requiring the services is Menlo Park, CA. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the Contracting Officer by e-mail (rdonez@usgs.gov) no later than the response date shown in this announcement.
