- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. (ii) Purchase Request F2QF216289A100 is a Request for Quotation. Written documentation will not be issued for this quote. (iii) The solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) FAR Part 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-14. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. (iv)This is a sole source acquisition. The NAICS code is 327390 with a size standard of 500 employees. (v) 0001 ? GEO-FLOW Asphalt Repair Slurry 5 gal pail kits, P/N 1207 (216 ea); 0002 ? Freight Charges (vi) n/a (vii) The date of delivery shall be 31 January 2007 to CAFLSC/LGSSL, 23 Sweeney Blvd; Langley AFB, VA 23665; FOB Destination. Responsibility and Inspection: Unless otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and Quality Control. (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
