- Description
- The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to the National Off Highway Vehicle Conservation Council (NOHVCC) for its annual conference to be held March 22 - 25, 2007, in Charleston WV; and for NOHVCC's support for the 6th National Off Highway Vehicle Program Managers Conference. NOHVCC will develop and provide a wide spectrum of programs, materials, and information to promote safe and responsible use of off highway vehicles (OHVs). NOHVCC is the only source that can provide this conference because of its collaboratory relationships and parnerships with Federal, State and Local governements. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date is on or about January 3, 2007.
