- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced purchase order to Beckman Coulter, which is the only known provider for Vi-Cell Viability Analyzer, Part No.731050. More description of the product can be found at www.beckman.com. To the best of our knowledge, only the Vi-Cell from Beckman will satisfy our requirements because this equipment is campatible with existing equipment. Interested parties who believe they can offer an identical product that is also compatible may send an expression for our consideration. CDC believes that this requirement is met by only one provider. This procurement will be processed under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This procurement is not set-aside for small business.
