- DSCR Plans to award an Indefinite Quantity Contract with one Base Year and two one year options. Solicitation Number will be SPM4A6-07-R-0219, IQC06341009007, NSNs: 9150-01-150-0462, Hydraulic Fluid. The solicitation will be Unrestricted and will result in a Firm Fixed Price with EPA Adjustments under provisions of FAR part 12. The annual estimated quantity 1,488 quart cans. QPL Applies. These are not Critical Safety Items(CSI) per SAP interrogation on 20 December 06. This is a synopsis for a commercial item. The material is in accordance with Spec Number MIL-PRF-46170D dated July 20, 2004. MSDS and OSHA Hazard Warning Labels are required. QAP 204 applies. Surge requirements apply to this NSN. The solicitation does not contain progress payments. FOB DESTINATION and Inspection and Acceptance at DESTINATION is required. The requested delivery will be 30 Days ARO or best possible delivery. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or about 12 January 2007.
