- COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEM (IAW FAR 12.603 (c). (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. * * * THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. * * * Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is F1MTM6285A100 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-13, effective 28 Sep 2006. (iv) This acquisition is solicited for small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 334519 with size standard 500 employees. (v) Contractors shall submit a lump sum quote for load testing services. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. (vi) Description of Requirement: Provide inspection and load test of various pieces of support equipment in accordance with technical orders.
