- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to acquire Field Control software, an add-on software product to MAXIMO a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) software program. Field control consists of the following components: Dynamic Value List (DVL), Field Security and Data Flow Control. This procurement is a sole source acquisition with MRO Software, Inc of Bedford, MA under the authority of Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a). MRO Software, Inc. is the only know provider of this software and license agreements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded as a result of this quotation. Interested parties may identify their interests and technical capability to respond to this requirement and may submit information which shall be considered by FISC Norfolk Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office.
