- Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Training Systems Division (TSD) Orlando intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to IBM, 6710 Rockledge Drive, Bethesda, MD 20817 for Rational ClearCase Training to be provided onsite at Ping Tung Air Force Base located in Taiwan. The training will consist of three separate courses which will provide the Taiwan Air Force with the ability to understand the essentials of ClearCase, mastery of ClearCase Administration, and Configuration Management using ClearCase. Training classes will commence in March 2007. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
