- SOLICITATION W9128A-07-B-0001, PROJECT NO. ERAQ-ER3-1(005) ROUTE 5 PERMANENT LANDSLIDE REPAIR, FAGASA, AMERICAN SAMOA. This modification to the original notice confirms the solicitation being loaded to the FedTeDS website on 18 December 2006 with a bid due date of 29 January 2007. This project involves construction of site improvements at a former slide area. Improvements include clearing/grading; construction of a debris flow barrier (post, wire cable, and ring net system); installation of approxim ately 400 LF new guardrails; installation of gabion baskets with rock infill and concrete rubble masonry walls; construction of drainage structures made of reinforced concrete and concrete rubble masonry walls with grouted rubble paving floor slab; install ation of pipe bollards; and repair of concrete road swales. The estimated cost of the proposed project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This is an unrestricted procurement. Traditional hard copies of plans and specifications will NOT be availabl e for this project. Solicitation plans and specifications will be made available for viewing and/or downloading on the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeDS) website via access through the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website located at http://www.fbo.gov/ on December 18, 2006. Offer due date is January 29, 2007, 2:00 PM, Honolulu Standard Time. Offerors must be registered in FedTeDS to view/download plans and specifications. Solicitation documents will not be issued on compact disc (CD) unless the Government determines that it is necessary. Offerors must have and/or maintain an active registration with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website to be eligible for a Government contract award. To register in CCR, go to http://w ww.ccr.gov. It is the offerors responsibility to check for any posted changes to the solicitation.
