Description: Mounting Bracket Bundle consisting of 4 items: NSN (P/N): 5340-01-330-3243 (p/n 12927419), 5340-01-330-3244 (p/n 12927434), 5340-01-330-3245 (p/n 12927432), 5340-01-330-3246 (p/n 12927418). This will be a 5-year firm-fixed price requirements contract for an undetermined quantity of each of the four required items. First Item: Bracket, Mounting (NSN:5340-01-330-3243) C/O Lanyard (12564871-1); Tiedown, Rear Right (12927417; Pin, Quick Release (12927449-5); (4) Bolt, Tiedown (12927421). Second Item: Bracket, Mounting (NSN: 5340-01-330-3244) C/O (3) Lanyard (12564871-1); Tiedown, Yoke (12927433) Matl Cold-Formed Welded and Seamless Carbon Steel Structural Rectangular Tubing, ASTM A500, Grade B; Quick Release (12927449-8); (2) Clevis Tiedown (12927432). Third Item: Bracket, Mounting (NSN: 5340-01-330-3245) Matl: Steel Bar, Carbon Cold Finished, ASTM A108, Grade 1018. Approximate size is 4.98 long by 3.00 wide by 2.73 high. Fourth Item: Br acket, Mounting (NSN: 5340-01-330-3246) C/O of Tiedown, Rear Left, Fabricated from Steel Bar, Cold Finished, Standard Finish, (4) Tiedown Bolts, One Quick-Release Pine, One Self-Locking Screw and Lanyard. Finish is Phosphate Base and Carc Paint Applied. All items are for use on the M139 Mine Dispenser. Estimated issue date of the solicitation is 12 JAN 2007. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after th e issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested partie s to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. Proposed contract will be a 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that is available via the internet. All or a part of this action is an unfunded FY07 requirement. Numbered Note 26 applies. NOTE: This solicitation will include a Higher Level Contract QA requirement for ISO 9001:2000. Any vendor submitting a response will be required to verify they meet this requirement.
