- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. VA-786-07-RP-0032 for the following supply item: The contractor shall be required to complete and deliver to South Carolina State Veterans Cemetery; Anderson, South Carolina, 900 blank grey granite niche covers within twenty-five (25) calendar days from the date of contract award notification.  Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descending order of importance: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical Qualifications, 3) Price. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses.  The NAICS Code is 327991.  Size standard is 500 employees. All responsible small businesses may submit a quote.
